Goodbye Autumn Hello Summer

In literacy we have been learning about autumn. We went outside and listened to the sounds of autumn we looked around and the trees dancing in the wind. Together we wrote a vocab lists about autumn and summer.
Then we wrote our Goodbye summer Hello autumn.

Spencer park trip

     

On Friday the senior syndicate  went on a trip to Spencer park. we went to have fun and to get to know each other.

The first thing I did was sat at the tree and had our morning tea and I had a chocolate  bar and some chips. After morning tea we got to go and play on the playground. First I went on the spider web I went right to the top and people  when I got to  the second thing I did was over to the Tyre swing. After I went over to the sand pit then it was time to go for a walk to the beach.

At the beach and we had a hole digging competition and my group did not win. A group that dug their hole that big that Mrs McGuinniety had to stand in the whole to measure them and the biggest whole was up to Mrs McGuinniety at her waist. The people in my team were Me,Kyra,Jack,Reggae,Gerald and mahaliya. After the hole digging competition we made hero sculptures my team made Mr Moriarty. Then it was time to go back to Spencer park when we got back and it was lunch time. For lunch I had a apple and apricots they were delicious then it was time to go back to school I loved the trip.

On Friday the 19 of February I made a hand with all my favourite things to do.

I came to south hornby school in 2011 and I have friends that like to play with me.

My family I have 6 people in my family and they are all kind to me because they are all nice.

And my favourite sport to play is rugby league because i'm very good and it is not to hard or easy.

My favourite subject at school is math because I am really smart and it is fun.

Math Enlargement

We have been learning about enlarging things like pictures and shapes. some we had to
enlarge by a scale factor. some of them we had to enlarge it by a scale factor of 3 and 4.
